AR999 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and AR999. They apply to your use of the AR999 website located at ar999.run and all services, games, promotions, and features available through it.

By creating an AR999 account, you are confirming that you have read these terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you are not prohibited from using online gaming services under the laws applicable to you in your location.

To register and use AR999, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. AR999 does not knowingly provide services to anyone under 18. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and any funds forfeited.
• You must be an individual person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, syndicates, and third-party registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a breach of these terms.
• You must not be on any list that would restrict AR999 from providing services to you.
• You must not already hold an active AR999 account. Each player is permitted one account only. Opening duplicate accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

AR999 reserves the right to verify identity at any point and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide documentation when requested may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

When registering an AR999 account, you are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. You must use your own name, date of birth, and contact details — registration in someone else's name is not permitted.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your AR999 login credentials. This includes your password and any two-factor authentication codes. AR999 staff will never ask you for your password — any communication claiming to be from AR999 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• Do not share your AR999 account with anyone, including family members.
• Do not allow anyone else to access or use your AR999 account on your behalf.
• Use a strong, unique password for your AR999 account that you do not use for other services.
• Log out of AR999 when using shared or public devices.

Any activity that takes place on your AR999 account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact AR999 support immediately.

AR999 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Holding multiple accounts — even under different names or contact details — is a breach of these terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, AR999 reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

AR999 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits can be made via the following methods:

• JazzCash
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• Bank transfer (IBFT)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification checks.

All funds deposited to AR999 must belong to you. You must not use payment methods belonging to another person to fund your AR999 account. Deposits made using third-party payment details will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

AR999 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges — AR999 has no control over or visibility into third-party fees applied at the payment provider's end.

AR999 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, weekly cashback, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all AR999 bonuses unless the individual promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. For example, a 10× wagering requirement on a Rs 500 bonus means you must wager Rs 5,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Eligible games: Some bonuses may only be valid on specific game categories. Playing ineligible games while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Time limits: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: AR999 does not allow multiple bonuses to be stacked or active simultaneously unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse: AR999 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus funds if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets solely to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating bonus exploitation with other players.

You may request a withdrawal of your available AR999 balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• AR999 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times are typically under five minutes for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. IBFT and card withdrawals may take longer depending on banking processing times.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only verified real-money balances are withdrawable.
• AR999 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for larger amounts or where verification has not previously been completed. Requested documents must be provided promptly to avoid delays.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The receiving account must match the name on your AR999 registration.

If a withdrawal is declined or delayed, AR999 will notify you through the contact details associated with your account. In most cases, delays relate to pending verification — providing the requested documents promptly will resolve the issue quickly.

All games on AR999 use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer dealing. Crash games on AR999 use a provably fair system where the crash point is cryptographically committed before each round begins and independently verifiable by any player.

AR999 cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to any game. Technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond AR999's control may occasionally result in game unavailability. AR999 will not be liable for losses resulting from game unavailability beyond the amount of any affected bet.

• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, AR999's server records will be used to determine the outcome. Where an outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Displaying or using any software that interferes with AR999's game systems — including bots, automated betting scripts, or screen-reading software designed to gain an unfair advantage — is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets using information not publicly available at the time the bet is placed (e.g., knowledge of a pre-determined result) constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and potential legal action.

AR999's records are the definitive record of all game outcomes, bet placements, and transaction history. In any dispute, AR999's server logs will take precedence over screenshots or other player-side records.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on AR999 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one AR999 account under any name or contact details.
• Providing false, misleading, or another person's information during registration or verification.
• Using AR999 for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with AR999 games or systems.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or bugs in any AR999 game or the platform itself. Any winnings obtained from a known or exploited technical error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in multiplayer games.
• Abusing AR999's bonus system, including registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing AR999 support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the AR999 platform or its games.

AR999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Violation of AR999's responsible gaming policies, including underage gambling.
• Abusive behaviour towards AR999 staff.
• At the request of the account holder through the self-exclusion or account closure process.

When an account is closed for breach of these terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned at AR999's discretion after investigation, provided no fraudulent activity is found to have occurred.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting AR999 support. Voluntary account closures will result in any remaining balance being processed as a withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

AR999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure consistent, high-quality service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AR999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Losses resulting from platform downtime, game errors, or technical failures beyond AR999's control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of AR999.

AR999's total liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

AR999 uses your personal data to:
